Webwinkel Vakdagen 2025 is over, and what an edition it was! With over 12,000 visitors (12,140 to be exact) and an exhibition floor full of impressive stands, the exhibition once again served as the meeting place for e-commerce professionals, offering them a wealth of concrete insights and inspiration.
Exhibitors pulled out all the stops and the content program was also a real eye-opener. With no less than 200+ lectures and ten keynotes from top brands such as Google, IKEA, Kruidvat and XXL Nutrition, there was something for every branch of the industry. With Marlene ten Ham and Ronnie Overgoor as enthusiastic moderators of the day, the atmosphere was good right from the start.

Where do you go for loads of inspiration?
With more than 200 lectures spread over 11 rooms, a keynote and 2 roundtable rooms, there was no shortage of substantive inspiration during WWV. From marketing strategy to distribution, speakers gave an honest look into their daily practice, including successes as well as obstacles.
For example, De Bonte Koe shared their experience with handling viral growth, while Marleen Smit from Google drew a record-breaking audience of 808 attendees to her session on AI. Other standout sessions included HEMA, with 'the coolest senior citizen in retail', vraaghetdebelg.nl with insights on successful selling in Belgium, and Martin van Kranenburg, who demonstrated how to build your own GPT.
Action on the show floor
Boring? Not for a second. WWV's exhibition floor was one big experience for e-commerce professionals. Over 270 exhibitors were ready with advice, demos and smart solutions. And they came up with creative ways to get your attention.
For example, you could take part in a bicycle race at PostNL, cuddle the Lion of ING or take part in the real mouse-click EC at Happy Horizon (top score: 186 clicks in 15 seconds!). In between there was magic at inQdo, syrup waffles on every corner and of course coffee, lots and lots of coffee.
And if that wasn't enough, you could literally let yourself be driven around in a PostNL shopping cart, like a VIP package. Thanks to the themed tours, you could also quickly find your way to the right solutions. WWV in a few words: energy, experience and inspiration on every square meter.

A finger-licking loyalty program, a brand new marketplace and a huge e-fulfilment center in Ede.
