Ronald den Elzen is Chief Digital & Technology Officer at HEINEKEN and a member of the Executive Committee. He is responsible for accelerating end-to-end digitization across the company, including e-commerce, data-driven decision-making, and AI adoption.
Previously, Ronald held senior roles such as Finance Director, SVP Sales & Distribution, and Managing Director in Portugal and the USA. He also led HEINEKEN’s largest post-merger integration. After living abroad for over a decade, Ronald returned to the Netherlands, where he lives with his wife and three children.
