Being raised bilingual (Dutch and Portuguese) in the multi-cultural city of Rotterdam, I developed an interest in people and communication from an early age.
I fell in love with the world of digital marketing and technology while completing a digital marketing internship in Paris (back in 2013). From then on my pursuit in the field of marketing took me to São Paulo, Valencia, Amsterdam, Tilburg, Rotterdam, and Utrecht.
Having worked for 6 years at 3 different digital agencies, I got to experience a lot of different industries and markets from the inside. This has taught me how to apply structured processes to different situations.
As a Conversion (CRO) Specialist B2B at VodafoneZiggo, I use both quantitative research (e.g., data, AB testing) and qualitative research (e.g., user interviews, prototyping) to understand how to improve the Vodafone Business and the Ziggo Zakelijk websites for entrepreneurs.
