With Odoo’s Product module, all information —pot dimensions, basket materials, trend categories— is centralized, turning the website into a live, always up-to-date window into the database. For an international brand like Quetzales, Odoo’s automatic translation engine lets them offer their catalog in Dutch, English, and French without syncing multiple platforms. The website also adapts to each user: inspiration for general visitors and wholesale pricing with minimum order quantities for B2B partners.
Stock management is another critical challenge. Odoo gives Quetzales real-time visibility. When a garden center in Germany places a large order, stock is instantly reserved, preventing double sales. Barcode scanning ensures each item is correctly packed, tracked by serial or lot number if needed, and incoming containers are automatically synced with purchase orders, giving a forecasted stock view before goods even arrive.
Shipping, especially fragile items, is seamless. Odoo automatically selects the right carrier —standard parcels for home decor, freight for large orders—and generates all required documents. B2B clients can track orders, reorder top sellers with one click, and access invoices and shipment tracking without contacting the office.
