Dirk is the Global Lead for the retail analytics services program. It is his responsibility to built new beyond illumination  propositions in the IoT retail landscape and help retailers to digitize their stores. Before Dirk joined  Philips Lighting he, among others, worked 10 years for GfK where he holded multiple Business Development positions.
