Monique Wijnands is an experienced, driven and down-to-earth brand builder. After nearly four years of working for 10DAYS as a marketing director, she will now take the role of CEO as of February 2025. Besides a complete rebranding, during her years at 10DAYS, Monique managed to build a strong marketing department, now consisting of experienced, hands-on professionals. Under her calm and strategic leadership, the team has been working on growing the brand on a National and International level. Besides leading the marketing team, as a Sr. MT member, Monique has always played an important role in defining the company’s strategy and positioning. She has over 20 years of industry experience at leading fashion and design brands, such as G-Star, Fatboy and Wikkelhouse. One of her stronger characteristics is setting up and optimizing (business) processes, connecting teams and departments, and setting up and executing strategies always keeping the end consumer top of mind. A natural and driven leader with a strong vision and eye for detail. And although she does not like to be the centre of attention, she has proven to be the undeniable core every organisation deserves and needs.
