As CDO for IKEA Netherlands, Kevin is a part of the ongoing digital transformation that is changing how IKEA approaches its customers. Kevin and the IKEA Netherlands Digital Team drive the adoption of digital tools (for both customers and our IKEA coworkers), create digital products for the local markets, maintain the highest standards of Data Management, Information Security and Data Privacy and create and develop the IT infrastructure.

Born in Canada, Kevin has been in the industry for 15+ years, working with some of Canada’s biggest brands to enable, create and transform their digital footprints, before moving to the Netherlands in 2021.

IKEA's omnichannel voice

The way IKEA communicates with customers has been and continues to be, with a unique "voice".

So, how does IKEA keep it's unique "voice" consistent across their omnichannel customer experience? How does this "voice" appear in a unique market like The Netherlands? How does this voice get adjusted, modified, challenged, in a world where our customers journey could start in many different places? How does the prevelance of AI effect the way IKEA is presented to customers?
