Birgit Polkerman is Area Sales Manager bij DHL eCommerce Nederland voor de regio Noord West Nederland. In deze rol is ze eindverantwoordelijk voor het SME segment. Ze leidt een team van accountmanagers dat dagelijks met klanten in gesprek is. Samen met de klant richt het team zich op het optimaliseren van logistieke en e commerceprocessen van de klant, het benutten van crossborder kansen en het ondersteunen van bedrijven bij groei via internationale marketplaces. Tijdens haar presentatie met No Excess wordt ingezoomd op internationale groei, met speciale focus op de stap naar Duitsland via internationale marketplaces. Gezamenlijk delen zij de belangrijkste uitdagingen, learnings en inzichten om merken te helpen succesvol op te schalen in deze markt.
