The rapid changes in consumer behavior and technologies as well as the growing popularity of foreign market places demand a proper preparation from retailers. This is exactly why the ShoppingTomorrow program was developed.

ShoppingTomorrow is the digital commerce platform for all e-commerce professionals. Together we discover, study and contribute to the transformation of b2c and b2b retail. For example, we investigate the future developments in the fields of business models, customer journey and technologies. ShoppingTomorrow was initiated by the Dutch digital commerce network and is supported by more than 20 Dutch industry and interest groups.

ShoppingTomorrow and the Webwinkel Vakdagen

The current ShoppingTomorrow cycle started in May 2017, when 27 expert groups set out to work on their themes and questions. This year’s themes vary from Cross-border (E-)commerce to B2b2c: business to human to Innovation & E-fulfilment. They have recorded their findings in a so-called bluepaper and will present them at the Webwinkel Vakdagen. In addition, ShoppingTomorrow will then also publish the book in which all bluepapers are bundled together. So make sure to get a copy. You can find us at stand 14 (as part of the stand).
