He builds conversion strategies using user research, analytics, psychology, user interface design, and usability testing. Dave leads internal stakeholders from ambiguity to clarity by setting direction that combines user, business, and development goals. He is an E-Commerce conversion manager at TomTom.
Dave also has a BSc Hons in internet product design, holds UX certification from NNg (Nielson Norman Group) and is highly customer focused.
