Shaping New Tomorrow has grown significantly from start-up, and with a successful Dragon’s Den investment leading to significant growth in sales, the three founders behind the business were blown away by orders.
At this point, the lengthy order process was handled manually, involving copying/pasting customer data from the website back-end into other software to generate the shipping labels.
