We are Dyna and we take care of our customers for 100%. At Dyna we call this more than delivery: service adjusted to the wishes of your customer. That makes a fan our of every customer! DynaGroup offers smart solutions to her customers. With 10 locations and over 2000 colleagues across the BeNeLux, DynaGroup works passionately to exceed the expectations of clients and end users.
As a full-service delivery specialist, we are the extension of successful companies and we increase the value of the ordered product. We deliver and take care of our customers by delivering (valuable) products at the time and location desired by the customer. We assemble and install the ordered products professionally and we do not leave before we have explained everything to the customer. Whether it's a bottle of wine, a washing machine or a couch, our delivery specialists are always trained properly. They can also fulfill an identity check or age check. For the delivery of larger products (refrigerators or washing machines) we use two delivery specialists. Any old product and packaging materials are taken along immediately.
This is more than just delivery. We deliver tailored to the wishes of the customer and strive for the beste NPS-score to turn every customer into a fan. And that makes everyone happy!
Social responsibility and sustainability are important principles at DynaGroup. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy is based on an optimal alignment between our services, the processes and our organisation. This policy focuses on people, resources, environment and social environment and is in line with the CSR policy of our parent company bpost.
