Lightspeed was Platinum Sponsor for the Webwinkel Vakdagen, held in the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht on 20 and 21 January. The omnichannel platform from Canada acquired SEOshop in 2015, the cloud-based e-commerce platform in Amsterdam that has been Platinum Sponsor for the past 3 years. This year Lightspeed and its partners docdata, Exact, DeliveryMatch, Marktfeed.nl, Newsletter2Go, Trusted Shops en WebwinkelFacturen.nl show the capabilities of the platform for retailers, both online and offline.
Lightspeed has organized an ‘Ecommerce Plein’ with some of the best known names in the e-commerce industry. The greatest international seal of approval, Trusted Shops, and from the Netherlands well-known company Exact Online are very excited about their participation in the Webwinkel Vakdagen. "We would like to make merchants known with the quality mark for safe online shopping. During the Webwinkel Vakdagen we want to show our local expertise and also the cross-border solutions," says Corien Vos at Trusted Shops. Harold van Asdonk of Exact Online adds, "The e-commerce plein offers us the opportunity to demonstrate the advantages of online administration linked to a specific audience. With the success of last year, we again look forward to a great cooperation."
Spokesman Ruud Stelder says Platinum sponsorship is a logical step for Lightspeed. “We want to show how we’ve built thé omnichannel platform together with our partners. Platinum sponsorship of the Webwinkel Vakdagen is one of the best ways to show this to our audience,” he explains.
